Guys, would a unique animal like a fire belly newt make a good pet? If it can, then I'd like to keep it, but if it can't, then I'm not going to keep it.

The Fire Belly Newt is a type of lizard that originated in China and Japan. Its skin contains dangerous toxins if humans or other animals ingest it. However, these reptiles tend to lose their high toxicity when bred in captivity. Meanwhile, male and female Fire Belly Newts differ in size and tail fin.
